We take light management seriously, and our scratch and fog-resistant lenses prove it. Tapered to eliminate refraction, our Polycarbonate lenses comply with ANSI Z87.1 2003 standards and offer UVA, UVB and UVC protection. Edge introduced the first Blue Light filter, Polarized, G-15 and Aqua Precision lenses to the industry.

The primary objective of any safety glass is to protect the eyes and offer clear vision. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is a private, nonprofit organization that administers and coordinates the U.S. voluntary standardization and conformity assessment system. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) upholds and enforces the standards written by ANSI. There is one current standard: ANSI Z87.1.2003. All Edge Eyewear glasses are compliant with this standard.
